Nomination Form

We greatly appreciate the enthusiasm with which individuals have nominated alumni for the Needham High School Distinguished Career Award and welcome nominations recognizing other outstanding graduates.  

Consider nominating a Needham High School graduate who has excelled as a corporate officer, community activist, entrepreneur or  someone who should be recognized for his or her dedication to non-profit causes, government service or the military. Or nominate an inspiring artist in the entainment industry or performing arts.
